Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
To start a return, you can contact us at pisteoffcustomersupport@redresort.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (customers expense), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at pisteoffcustomerservice@redresort.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping
Shipping Policy
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Free shipping within Canada for orders over $150 CAN. For stickers & patches, free shipping within Canada and $3 flat rate to the United States.
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs except when negotiated otherwise.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Canada and the United States.
For shipping outside of Canada or the United States, please contact pisteoffcustomerservice@redresort.com prior to purchase to arrange shipping your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Discover, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.
Do you offer pick up?
Yes we do! Simply select the pick up option in checkout and we will get your order together to be picked up at our Piste Off retail location at the base of RED Mountain Resort. You will receive pick up instructions via email.
